Hall Hire
Our Scout Hall is available for hire for private functions, birthday parties, fitness groups etc.
Facilities
Our Scout Hall has the following facilities:
Large, open-plan hall (124 square meters)
Newly renovated kitchen with double oven
Indoor Toilet & Shower facilities
Wheelchair access
Air Conditioning
Tables and chairs (available on request)
Large car-park
Outdoor playground (unfenced)
Large outdoor grassed area (unfenced)
Hire costs:
Casual Hire: $45 per hour for individual hires.
Regular Hire: $35 per hour (min 5hrs per month).
Community groups & charity organisations - Please contact us for special rates.
Hire Conditions:
A $200 refundable damage bond applies to all hires. Payment and Bond are required 7 days prior to hire date. A cancellation fee of 50% applies if cancelled within 7 days prior to hire date.
COVID-Safe Conditions
Our obligations
We are a fully compliant COVID-Safe location, however hall hirers are responsible for your own COVID-Safe plan.

Your obligations
We have created a Scouts NSW Guidelines for Hall Hires which outlines your hall hire obligations and COVID-Safe requirements.
These requirements are in addition to your current hire agreement.

Prior to commencing, hirers must adhere and agree to the following:
Agree to check and follow current Public Health Orders
Hall capacity must not exceed the maximum occupancy rate including staff members.
Each hirer must have an approved COVID-19 Safety Plan.
