Hire our hall!
Our Scout Hall is available for hire for private functions, birthday parties, fitness groups etc.
Our Scout Hall has the following facilities:
- Large, open-plan hall (124 square meters)
- Newly renovated kitchen with double oven
- Indoor Toilet & Shower facilities
- Wheelchair access
- Air Conditioning
- Tables and chairs (available on request)
- Large car-park
- Outdoor playground (unfenced)
- Large outdoor grassed area (unfenced)
- Casual Hire: $40 per hour for individual hires.
- Regular Hire: $30 per hour (min 5hrs per month).
- Community groups & charity organisations - Please contact us for special rates.
A $200 refundable damage bond applies to all hires. Payment and Bond are required 7 days prior to hire date. A cancellation fee of 50% applies if cancelled within 7 days prior to hire date.
We are a fully compliant COVID-Safe location, however you are responsible for your own COVID-Safe plan.

We have created a Scouts NSW Guidelines for Hall Hires which outlines your hall hire obligations and COVID-Safe requirements.
These requirements are in addition to your current hire agreement.
Hall capacity must not exceed 31 people - one person per 4 square metres
Prior to commencing, hirers must adhere and agree to the following:
- Agree to check and follow current Public Health Orders
- Hall capacity must not exceed one person per 4 square metres including staff members.
- Hall capacity must not exceed 31 people total.
- Irrespective of room capacity, classes or organised events must not have more than 20 participants, not including the persons conducting or assisting the class or event, or parents, guardians and carers of participants.
- Each hirer must have an approved COVID-19 Safety Plan.
